Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

2. Data we process
When you complete the contact form on our website, we process the following personal data:
- name
- phone number
- email address
- the message and interest categories you submit
3. Purpose and legal basis
Purpose: to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, take pre-contractual steps and — if you engage us — fulfil the contract. Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) (performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps).
4. Retention
Quote-request data is retained for up to 1 year if no contract is concluded. Where a contract is concluded, accounting obligations require retention for 8 years.
5. Processors
We use the following third-party service providers, each of which processes data under their own privacy policy:
- Resend, Inc. (USA) — email delivery. Privacy policy: resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
- Neon Inc. (USA; data is stored in the AWS EU data center — Frankfurt, Germany) — PostgreSQL database hosting. Your name, phone number, email address and message are stored here for inquiry processing. Privacy policy: neon.com/privacy-policy.
- Vercel, Inc. (USA) — web hosting and CDN infrastructure. Privacy policy: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
- Google Ireland Limited (Ireland) — Google Analytics 4 traffic statistics. Activated only with your consent (see section 8). Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
Transfers to the USA are made on the basis of each provider's compliance with applicable data protection standards and/or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission.
6. Your rights
You have the right to request information, access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing. You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian Data Protection Authority (NAIH, naih.hu).
7. Cookies
We use the following cookies and tracking technologies:
- Essential cookies — session management, CSRF protection, consent storage. Legal basis: strictly necessary for the site to function (ePrivacy Directive Art. 5(3) exemption).
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — activated only with your consent. Places cookies in your browser; details in section 8 and the cookie preferences panel.
8. Usage analytics (GA4)
We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, Ireland) to measure aggregate site traffic. Under Google Consent Mode v2, analytics consent defaults to “denied”. Until you accept analytics in the cookie banner, Google processes only anonymous, cookieless, modelled signals — no identifying cookies are placed in your browser and no personally identifiable data is stored. When you grant consent, the GA4 cookies (_ga, _ga_*) activate and full measurement begins. We never send PII to Google. You can change your preference at any time via the “Preferences” button in the cookie banner. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
